Refund Policy

Initial Subscriptions

Initial subscriptions are eligible for a refund if you meet the following condition:

• You have not created any content involved in the subscription on your account since the subscription became active.

Subscriptions are considered redeemed once content has been created on Stratbase.

Renewal Subscriptions

Renewal subscriptions can be refunded if there has been no content created on your account since the renewal took place.

Only the last payment can be refunded and the refund must be requested via our Discord support channel within 14 days of renewal.
